This is a centrally located hotel with fantastic staff.
The bathroom needed updating with some mold. The hair dryer was ready to fry my hair.

Location, staff, beds.
Wifi didnt work very well, the glass door and wall in the bathroom and the lack of power outlets by the bed.

Well, but you can do better for a 4-star hotel.
Very friendly and welcoming reception staff. The cleaning ladies ask every evening if everything is ok. The rooms are cleaned daily. The location is in the city centre.
In the upper single rooms, at least at 510, the following problems need to be solved: 1. Shower to be repaired or replaced. 2. The toilet is constantly dripping water, even at night. 3. The corner of the room - wall - needs to be cleaned. 4. Preferably a thicker pilot for winter nights, because the air conditioning only works on cold. 5. The room is next to the rooms where the cleaning ladies work and slam the doors (probably because their hands are full of linen) all day long. Also, they talk loudly in the hallway, even if there are guests staying there. 6. Check the coffee machine. Only water was running, so I couldn't use it.
